Facilities at Gym Plus

Gym Plus has an extensive range of facilities. You will train in modern, clean, air conditioned gymnasium, where you can take advantage of state-of-the art Life Fitness gym equipment specifically designed to ensure that you are training as efficiently and comfortably as possible.

Gym Plus has the following open plan facilities:

• Fully-equipped, air-conditioned fitness areas with a total of 60+ state of the art cardio, resistance cable and free-weight exercises to choose from
• One-to-one personal training to help you reach your goals more effectively
• A range of Gym Plus Fitness Essentials products to enhance your workout
• Changing rooms containing power showers to make you feel revived and alive after your work out, hair dryers and individual lockers with plenty of hanging space
• Entertainment and social programmes (including local social events, entertainment, organised trips and special-interest clubs)
• A large outdoor football pitch with state-of-the-art third generation rubber crumb surfacing
• A traditional outdoor five-a-side Astroturf football pitch

The pitches are available for all to hire throughout the year, and despite their unrivalled quality, they are amongst the cheapest in the city at just £20 per 5 a side pitch per hour.

Local five-a-side football leagues run throughout the summer by accredited football organisations.

Football camps for youngsters are periodically organised by professional Sheffield United coaches, who supervise, teach and nurture talent while the kids have a fantastic and memorable time.
